We generally notice that reliability and affordability are two factors that cannot be found in one product or service. I thought that I always have to drop my affordability aspect in order to maintain reliability. However, I was proved wrong when I availed of real estate service from http://flaherty.ca/. I wanted to sell my home due to some personal reason. I was unable to find a reliable real estate agent for my work at the affordable price. But, when my best friend informed me above this site, all my worries about hiring a broker were sorted out. My friend told me that Flaherty takes full advantage of Orangeville MLS to share information about properties with other brokers who may represent potential buyers. He willingly cooperates with a broker in finding a buyer for the property or asset. When I interacted with Kevin Flaherty for my property in Caledon, he made use of Caledon MLS to store the data. Now, I believe that the listing data stored in a multiple listing service’s database is the proprietary information of the broker who has obtained a listing agreement with a property’s seller. I got both the reliability and affordability factors in one service. I am truly obliged.
