The real estate industry is finding itself in deep trouble. There are many governments which are announcing the packages to other industries while real estate sector remains neglected. The losses are huge and the agents are finding difficult to survive in the economic gloom. The immediate tax cuts or some package will do well to the sector. The buyers are not in great numbers. Generally it happens that many people buy the properties when ever there is economic slow down, thinking that it would give good returns in near term. The property and real estate is not looking good from any front. Many companies have already vacated the office space around the world. The governments needs to think for the market and should provide some relief from mounting pressures. There is ray of hope in US, as tax credits might be available very soon. It would be a good idea to support the industry in troubled times
